Autumn is finally here, so what better than a Pumpkin Spice Latte with Manuka Royale Manuka Honey to celebrate the season and cosy up in front of the fireplace?







200g heavy whipping cream


100g pumpkin


650g milk


1 teaspoon MANUKA ROYALE Manuka Honey


1 cm fresh, peeled ginger


½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (plus a bit to garnish)


1 pinch ground nutmeg




  1. In a bowl, whip the whipping cream until desired stiffness is achieved and refrigerate until needed;
  2. Finely chop the pumpkin (with the help of an electric chopper if needed);
  3. Put milk, pumpkin, MANUKA ROYALE Manuka Honey, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg in a pot and warm up, mixing, till the mixture is warm but not boiling;
  4. Divide the milk between 4 mugs, top with the whipped cream and sprinkle with some cinnamon;
  5. Enjoy a moment of pure pleasure!
