 1 package refrigerated puff pastry

 5/6 fresh sliced rhubarb stalks

 2 Red apples

 5 tablespoons brown sugar

 1 teaspoon grounded cinnamon

 1 teaspoon grounded ginger

 2 teaspoons MANUKA ROYALE Honey



  1. Preheat hoven to 180°C pastry backing (or fan forced);
  2. Unroll the puff pastry and place it into a 28cm backing form;
  3. In a bowl, combine rhubarb, apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger and MANUKA ROYALE honey and toss;
  4. Spoon the rhubarb-apple mixture into prepared crust;
  5. Bake at 180°C for 35/40 minutes;
  6. Let pie stand on a cooling rack for 15 minutes before slicing.
